Jason Dale Fain

Jason Dale Fain, two months and two days old, passed away on March 19, 2013. He was born in Murfreesboro, TN on January 17, 2013. He is survived by his father and mother, Dale Fain and Samantha Davis of Murfreesboro; grandparents, Anthony Fain of Clarksville, Michelle Bly of Murfreesboro, Jeff and Ann Davis, Sr. of Woodbury; great grandparents, Bill Fain of Clarksville, Virginia Fain of Smyrna, Michael Potts of Murfreesboro, Janice Johnson of Gordonsville, Billy and Mildred Davis of Murfreesboro; uncles, Aaron Fain and Sabin Fain of Murfreesboro, Jeff Davis, Jr. of Woodbury and Dewayne Davis of Illinois; aunts, Morgan Bly of Murfreesboro and Jessica Walls of Woodbury; cousin, Braxton Walls of Woodbury and several great aunts and uncles. Jason's father, Dale, works at Nissan is Smyrna and his mother, Samantha, works at NHC in Murfreesboro. Jason was loved and cherished deeply by his family and will be missed more than they can say. Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 4-7 PM. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 1 PM in the Smith Funeral Home chapel.
