Eric Lee Stacey

Mr. Eric Lee “Bigen” Stacey, 28, of Woodbury passed away on December 11, 2015. He was born in Murfreesboro, TN on May 16, 1987. He is survived by his father, James Stacey of Murfreesboro; mother, Karen (Marc Anthony-fiance) Alexander Stacey of Woodbury; grandmothers, Geraldine Hillis of Murfreesboro and Mary Alexander of Lebanon; brother, Brian Alexander of Dowellton, TN; girlfriend, Briana Rainey and her son, Gregory Livingston that he loved like his own son; close friends, Johnathan Whittaker, Matthew Brawner and Micah Etheridge; as well as, several other aunts and uncles and many cousins.Eric loved being outdoors. There was nothing he liked better than to be fishing, hunting and riding 4-wheelers. Once, while frog gigging he was bitten by a cotton mouth. That didn’t keep him from spending time outdoors. He had a good heart and would give you the shirt from his back. He did his best to live life to the fullest. He enjoyed spending time with Gregory doing things outside like shooting a pellet rifle.Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 2-7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 1 pm in the Smith Funeral Home chapel. James Wade will officiate. Interment will be in Bradley Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations through the funeral home to help with expenses.
