Jimmy Don Vance

Mr. Jimmy Don Vance, 61, of Woodbury passed away on June 17, 2016. He was born in Woodbury, TN on November 20, 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyte Vance and Radene (Cummings) Vance and a brother, Terry Vance. He is survived by his brother, Jerry (Linda) Vance of Nashville; sisters, Deby (Craig) Farrar of Mount Juliet and Treva Burrus of Nashville; daughter, Jamie Vance; aunts, uncle, nieces and cousins. Mr. Vance graduated Woodbury Central High School and joined the Army. He served during the Vietnam War. After leaving the service he came back to Woodbury and worked different jobs. He last worked as a millwright. The family will host an informal gathering for family and friends at the Auburntown Church of Christ, 15 East Main St. Auburntown, TN on Saturday, June 25, 2016 beginning at 3:30 pm.
