Mitchell "Mitch" Lee Denney

Mr. Mitchell Lee “Mitch” Denney, 28, of Woodbury passed away on August 11, 2016. He was born in Nashville, TN on December 10, 1987. He was preceded in death by his father, John Michael Denney and a brother, Joshua Denney. He is survived by his mother, Janice K. Denney of Woodbury; brother, John (Wendy) Denney of Nashville; sister, Patricia (Marc) Gonzalez of Kansas City, MO; nieces and nephew, Morgan, Izabel and Vittoria Denney and Matthew Gonzalez; also by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Mitch was a graduate of CCHS. He earned a black belt in the Bushido style of karate. He loved listening to music and playing his guitar. He also liked to watch movies. Mitch had been helping to care for his mother since the death of his father last year. Visitation with the family will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 4-8 pm.
