Mr. Nile Foster, 71, of Bradyville passed away on December 5, 2017. He was born on August 30, 1946 in Woodbury, TN at the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Foster and Nethie Inice Sissom Foster, and brothers, Leon Foster, Troy Foster, Larry Foster, Gerald Foster, and Harold Foster and great grandson, Joshua Paul Manofsky. He is survived by his daughters, Liz (Kevin) Tinkle of Montgomery, IN and Amy Edwards of Washington, IN; brother, Ronnie (Faye) Foster of Bradyville; grandchildren, Kayla, Krystal, and Aaron Tinkle; great granddaughter, Mazie Rayne White; and girlfriend, Louise Mullican. Mr. Nile was one of seven sons raised in the Burt Community. Growing up he learned the value of hard work. He carried this on through the rest of his life. He was a retired iron worker, who could walk high beams on construction jobs. For many years he made his home in Burt not far from the farm where he was raised. He enjoyed going fishing with friends, growing a garden, and being able to cut his own wood. He liked to talk and joke with friends. Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 4-8 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11 am in the Smith Funeral Home chapel.
