Cathleen Louise "Cat" Thompson

Ms. Cathleen Louise “Cat” Thompson, 62, of Woodbury passed away on November 21, 2018. She was born on October 30, 1956 in San Diego, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Bruce Thompson and Beulah Imogene Stonner Thompson.

She is survived by her sister, Arleen (Michael) Lillie of Muskegon, Michigan; nieces, Jennifer Louise Lillie of Michigan and Amanda Lynn Conti of Iowa; great nieces, Grace Lillie Conti and Carmen Louise Lau; great nephew, Michael John Richard Lau; and friends from the local community.

Ms. Cathleen and her sister spent a lot of time traveling with their father while he was in the military. They were able to see different parts of the country. She had visited Tennessee at different times and settled here in 2013. She worked many years for Bell Telephone Company in a management position. She had a love for hand made knitted and crocheted things. She enjoyed it so much, she began spinning her own wool. Her creativity inspired her to spin some yarn from the fur of her long hair cat. She was a giving person and had a free spirit.
