Mr. Euel C. Bogle, 73, of Murfreesboro passed away on May 14, 2020. He was born on May 18, 1946 in Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Weldon Lynn Bogle and Velma Mae Campbell Bogle, and by his son, Quint Bogle.
He is survived by a daughter, Lori Burton of Old Hickory, TN, brother, Ravon Bogle of Mississippi, sister, Joyce (Louis) Hargrove of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Kristina Hayhurst of Antioch, Tyler Johnson of Hermitage, Kailey Burton and Chloe Burton both of Old Hickory, and by a great grandson, Kayden Pendergrass.
Mr. Euel was a hardworking man. He spent 49 years as an offset press operator with Sanders Manufacturing. They made all kinds of novelty and advertising items. He was very mechanically inclined and liked classic cars, especially Fords. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding horses, deer and squirrel hunting, and going fishing. He and Tyler spent time fishing together at a little lake near his house. His border collie Ben was always close by when he was home. He was a very independent person and a man of few words. He was a longtime member of the Church of Christ.
Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Sunday, May 17, 2020 from 2-7 pm. Funeral services will be Monday, May 18, 2020 at 11 am in the Smith Funeral Home chapel. Al Bugg will officiate.
